We use the call recording for training, as it is ideal for letting new starters hear the calls that we take and how they are answered and breakdowns are dealt with, and also for monitoring purposes on breakdowns we cover. We occasionally get customers disputing invoices, saying we have not updated them on a breakdown situation. The call recording is ideal for listening to who was updated and we can then forward the call on to them.
